【摘要】 目的 :分析食管贲门癌患者术后心电图动态变化。方法 :对食管贲门癌术后患者 (10 0 0例 )的 12导联心电图进行分析。结果 :心电图异常 2 4 6例 ,其中QRS低电压 9例 ,ST段压低 9例 ,ST弓背抬高 2例 ,T波低平 7例 ,T波倒置 8例 ;心律失常 185例 ,其中室上性心律失常 15 8例 ,室性心律失常 12例 ;束支及分支阻滞 15例。其中二种心律失常兼有 19例 ,三种兼有 7例。结论 :食管贲门癌手术可引起心电图QRS电压、ST -T及心率、心律等异常改变更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the change of electrocardiogram(ECG) of the patients with esophageal and cardiac carcinoma after operation.Methods:The ECG in 12 leads of 1?000 patients with esophageal and cardiac carcinoma after ope_ ration were analyzed.Results:There were 246 cases of abnormal ECG postoperatively, the attack rate was 24 6%,among them,9 of voltage lowered in QRS complex,9 of S-T segments depressed,2 of S T segments climbed obviously,8 of T wave inverted,185 of arrhythmias.There were 158 of supraventricular arrhythmias in 185,12 of ventricular arrhythmias and 15 of bundle branch block occurred.Two or three kinds of arrhythmias appeared in some patients at the same time.Conclusion:The several abnormal changes of ECG would be found in the operation of esophageal and cardiac carcinoma.更多还原
