红毛藻中天然蛋白质色素的提取研究
Study on Extraction of Natural Protein Pigment from Bangia Fusco-Purpurea
【摘要】 比较研究了多种细胞破碎方法、硫酸铵盐析浓度对红毛藻中天然蛋白质色素的提取效果,确定组织捣碎法为效率较高的细胞破碎方法,70%饱和度的硫酸铵为较佳的盐析浓度。同时,对蛋白质色素盐析液的稳定性也进行了初步的研究。
【Abstract】 Mutiple methods of crashing cells and the salting out saturation degree of ammonium sulfate were researched to extracted protein pigments from the Bangia fusco-purpurea. It was proved that tissue broken was more effectively crashed cells than any other method and ammonium sulfate which degree of saturation is 70% was salted out much better. The stability of the salting out solution of the protein pigments was also researched.
