加工条件对大豆分离蛋白塑料特性的影响
The Effect of Processing Conditions on Soy Protein Isolates Plastic Characteristic
【摘要】 研究了在大豆分离蛋白塑料的热压过程中,成型时间、温度、压力和增塑剂的添加量对其透光率、拉伸强度、伸长率和吸水率的影响,得到了热压形成大豆分离蛋白塑料的最佳工艺条件。
【Abstract】 Studied the effects of moulding time, temperature, pressure and the percentage of plasticizer on the transmittance, tensile strength, elongation and water absorption of the soy protein isolates during hot-pressing. Obtained the optimal technics of making soy protein isolates plastic.
