【摘要】 介绍了骨头的营养价值及骨头产品的开发现状,并预测了骨头食品的开发前景。

【Abstract】 The nutrition value of fresh bones of animals and current trends of bone product development wrer described. Besides,the wide prospects for the bone food is also forcasted.
