【摘要】 本文阐述了钛与不锈钢连接的现状以及必须采用中间过渡夹层的原因。并对工业纯钛TA2 和不锈钢 1Cr18Ni9Ti的真空扩散连接进行了试验研究。定性分析了温度、压力和时间对接头性能的影响 ,指出了工业纯钛TA2 和不锈钢 1Cr18Ni9Ti扩散连接的最佳工艺参数。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper described the present situation of the bonding of titanium and stainless steel, as well as the necessary of utilizing an interlayer. The authors carried out a series of experiments in the diffusion bonding of TA 2 and 1Cr18Ni9Ti, and gave a qualitative analysis of the effect of temperature,pressure and time to the joint performance and the best technology parameters.更多还原
