【摘要】 WTO对农业支持的“四项政策”的目的和核心内容是要增加农产品贸易的透明度,使各国农产品贸易能获得公平的竞争。入世后,我国必须按WTO规定的一般原则对农产品的支持在量上和结构上进行调整,充分利用WTO的“绿箱”政策,支持对农业科技和农村教育以及农业环境治理的投入,从根本上改善我国农业发展的基础,提高我国农产品的国际竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The core and purpose of the " Four Policies" evolved by WTO on supporting agriculture is to increase transparency in the trade of agricultural products so that all countries in the world may compete with one another equitably in their trade of farm produce. After entering WTO, China has to readjust structure and quantity of its agricultural products that receive preferential support in accordance with the principles stipulated by WTO, and to encourage and support more input into agricultural technology, rural education and improvement of agricultural environment by making full use of WTOs "green box" policy, in order to greatly strengthen the foundation of Chinese agricultural development and to enhance the competitive ability of Chinese agricultural products in world trade.更多还原
