【Abstract】 In this paper the tissue culture and cell culture of the mantle epithelium of Hyriopsis cumingii were performed. The experimental results show that the tissue culture was better than the cell culture in gaining a large amount of free cell . Both tissue and cell cultures in vitro were able to secrete the organic pearl materials, and the secretive ability was nearly same based on atomic absorption spectrometeric analyses.更多还原
