【摘要】 目的 :探讨面部烧伤创面在应用MEBO治疗的变化特点 ,总结观察护理体会。方法 :本组 15 6例病人全部采用外涂MEBO ,按常规的护理技术处理创面 ,对烧伤创面进行观察护理。结果 :本组 15 6例面部烧伤病人全部愈合 ,仅有 1例留有轻度疤痕 ,且不影响功能 ,有效率占 10 0 %。结论 :MEBO治疗面部烧伤方法简单 ,疗效短 ,效果可靠。但必须按严格的操作程序涂药 ,护理是关键更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To sum up nursing work for patients with face burn according to the characteristics of changes in the course of the treatment. Method: 156 cases of facial burn were treated with MEBO and conventional nursing program was applied in the management of wounds. Changes in the wounds were inspected timely. Results: All 156 cases were cured, only one case had slight scar formation but without affecting the function. The curative rate was 100%. Conclusion: MEBO for treating facial burn is easy and simple to apply, it has short treating course and reliable efficacy. Nursing work is key to the success of the treatment and MEBO should be applied in a proper way.更多还原
