【摘要】 采用　ＧＣ－ＭＳ－计算机联用技术，对夜间采集的夜来香嫩枝挥发油进行成分分析。从夜间嫩枝的挥发油中鉴定出４９种化合物，占总量的８０．９８％，主要含甲酸二十一酯（１１．２８％）、沉香烷（９．７０％）、２－亚油酸甘油酯（７．８９％）及驱蚊叮、二十一烯、１，３－二甲苯、１，２，３－三甲苯、４－乙基－１，２－二甲苯、二十四烷、２，４－二叔丁基苯酚、３－乙基甲苯等。对照夜间花朵挥发油成分，夜间嫩枝挥发油成分有近三分之一成分相同；　相同成分含量约占挥发油含量的４５％；且嫩枝含油量也较高，约２．２２％；可为夜来香的全面开发利用提供更多依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The essential oil of branch at night from Cestrum nocturnum Linn was analyzed and determined by GC/MS. 49 compounds were obtained and identified in the oil . The main constituents were 1-Heneicosyl formate(11.28％); Docosane(9.70％); 2-mono-Linolein(7.89％); Dibutyl phthalate; 10-Heneicosene(c,f); 1,3-dimethy Benzene; 1,2,3-trimethyl Benzene ; 4-ethyl-1,2-dimethyl Benzene; Tetracosane; 2,4-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl)-Phenol ; 1-ethyl-3-methyl Benzene, etc. Their toral content was 80.98％ of the identified volatile compounds.更多还原
