超滤技术在羊栖菜粗多糖提取工艺中的应用

【摘要】 应用超滤技术脱除羊栖菜粗多糖中的盐分。结果表明,超滤对羊栖菜粗多糖提取液的脱盐效果好,脱盐率达99.9%;此外超滤还能去除羊栖菜粗多糖提取液中部分色素物质;在保留羊栖菜粗多糖提取液中生理活性物质的同时,浓缩了羊栖菜粗多糖提取液,提高了主要成分褐藻胶及褐藻糖胶的含量。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,ultra -filtration was used in the extraction of Sargassum fusiforme polysaccharides.Results showed that the salt and pigments could be effectively removed from extraction mixture by ultra-filtration,the rate of desalination was 99.9%.Furthermore,during the process,the extraction mixture was concentrated and the contents of fucoidan,algin were increased.更多还原
