【Abstract】 A functional candy containing the ingredients from Echinacea purpurea and some Chinese herbs was prepared by extraction,filtration,concentration,formulation,and candy-making process. The candy prepared was proved to be effective in boosting immunity and anti-virus by the tests using mice.更多还原
