【摘要】 利用HPLC法测定Trichodermaviride菌固态发酵曲中的麦角固醇含量。研究了麦角固醇与菌丝体间的关系。该菌固态曲中麦角固醇分离条件以 1∶2 5 (m/v)的丙酮抽提 1 5h为最佳。当固态发酵培养至 69h时 ,曲中的生物量达到最大值 ,为每克干曲中含有 0 5 75 g菌丝体。此时该菌所产生CMC酶和FP酶活力均达到最大值 ,呈现正相关性 ,说明这 2种酶的合成特征均为同步合成型 ,而C1 酶活力高峰滞后 ,出现在 72h。

【Abstract】 The biomass of Trichoderma viride in solid state fermentation was assayed by the HPLC The relationship of fungi to the ergosterol content was studied The investigation results showed that the best conditions for extracting ergosterol from mycelium in the culture were using acetone with the ratio of 1∶25 (m/v) for 1 5?h The biomass in the culture reached to maximum 0 575?g mycelium/g dry medium after cultured 69h together with CMCase and Fpase activities The relationship of biomass to CMCase and to FPase showed positive relevance This indicated that these two enzymes were belong to synchronic synthesis model C 1ase synthesis speed was delayed to that of CMCase and FPase, its maximum activity appeared after cultured 72?h
