间型假丝酵母菌株对多种水果蔬菜腐败霉菌的拮抗效果和拮抗机制的研究

【摘要】 在腐败玉米中分离到多株有生物防治效果的酵母菌 ,从中最终筛选到拮抗效果最好的 1株酵母菌 ,经鉴定为间型假丝酵母 (Candidaintermedia) ,它对多种果蔬腐败均有显著抑制效果。并做了初步的拮抗机制和拮抗效果的研究。证明间型假丝酵母的拮抗作用主要为营养竞争 ,对多种果蔬霉腐真菌生防效果明显
【Abstract】 The antagonists microbes were isolates from decay corn. One isolates with the best antagonistic effect were selected, which were identified as Candida intermedia. The antagonistic mechanism was competition. The yeast can effectively inhibit the growth of moulds on vegetable and fruit, showing good applicable prospect.
