【摘要】 ①目的　探讨低位直肠癌保肛术适应证选择标准并评价其临床效果。②方法　对 15 5例直肠癌病人行支撑吻合管经肛门环扎式结 直肠 (肛管 )吻合术。③结果　低位直肠癌保肛率 5 8.5 % ,手术死亡 2例 ,发生吻合口漏 3例。 3年生存率 :保肛组 71.7% ,Miles手术组 6 8.8% .两组比较差异无显著性 (χ2 =0 .2 4 ,P >0 .0 5 )。局部复发率 :保肛组 4 .6 % ,Miles手术组 8.3% .两组比较差异无显著性 (χ2 =1.4 4 ,P >0 .0 5 )。④结论　低位直肠癌保肛术切实可行 ,病人生存率与Miles术式无差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\ To evaluate the criteria of indications and clinical effect of surgery with preservation of the anus for low rectal cancer. \ Methods\ 155 patients with rectal cancer were selected to undergo anastomosis of the sigmoid to the rectum by anastomosis supporting device. \ Results\ The rate of preservation of the anus in low rectal cancer was 58.5%, 2 patients died of surgery, anastomotic leakage developed in 3 patients. The 3 year survival rates were 71.7% for rectal sparing and 68.8% for Miles surgery, the difference was not significant as compared between the two groups ( χ 2=0.24,P >0.05). Local recurrence rates were 4.6% for rectal sparing group and 8.3% for Miles surgery, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups( χ 2=1.44, P >0.05). \ Conclusion\ The anal sparing procedure for low rectal cancer is practicable and the survival rate was no difference as compared with Miles.更多还原
