【摘要】 湘西种子植物野菜资源分布区域广,蕴藏量大,共计87科119属335种.通过对其分布概况、利用价值、开发现状的初步调查,发现湘西野菜开发存在着野菜资源利用率和开发程度低、采收技术不合理及人工栽培管理水平低、野菜加工质量偏低等问题.并提出野菜资源开发利用的措施:在大力发展木本野菜的同时,结合旅游业发展野菜系列产品,重视野菜的深加工和贮藏保鲜的研究.更多还原

【Abstract】 There is a wideranging distribution as well as great reserves about the natural resources of the wild vegetables of seed plants in western Hunan. There are 335 species wild vegetables of seed plants which belong to 87 families, 119 genera. In addition, the location, utilization, exploration and perspective of these wild vegetables of seed plants had been preliminarily discussed. The main potential problems in the exploration and utilization of the wild vegetables in western Hunan were pointed out as follows: the low degrees of the utilization and exploration to the natural resources of the wild vegetables, the improper harvesting technologies and the low levels of planting and management, and the small number of species and the low quality of processing to the wild vegetables. Accordingly, some measures of the exploration to its resources were proposed as follows: exploring woody wild vegetables with great efforts, developing the serial products of wild vegetables associated with travel industry, making a point of studying the farther processing to the wild vegetables and strengthening the studies of storing and maintenance for fresh to the wild vegetables.更多还原
