【Abstract】 The three-tiered economic structure made up of traditional agriculture,industry and information industry has come up in China. China＇s information industry bases on dual economic structure, so the development of it will be restricted by the dual economic structure. On the other, hand information industry can develop independently in some degree. So information industry will have a great help in rebuilding the traditional industries and promoting the economic structure.
