【摘要】 为深化教学改革 ,培养出适应市场经济体制下的社会需要的复合型人才 ,我们课程组对篮球专业教学中如何对学生进行职业能力培养进行了实践研究 ,本研究认为体育教育专业学生的职业能力包括 :体育专项技术能力 ;教学、教法运用能力 ;自学、自练和实际动手能力 ;社会竞争能力。为此我们针对这几个方面进行了培养研究 ,取得了良好的教学效果 ,并收到了一定的社会效益更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to deepen transformation of education and train qualified compound type which the society needs to keep abreast of markets ecomomy system.Our group carried on study how to train the students’ profcssional capacity.We think the students professional capacity in P.E. educational department should inolude:Specializing in technical capicity;Ability of handing teaching,teaching method;Ability to study ,practise and operate independently;Ability of competition in Society,Therefore,we carried on training and researach in view of thise aspects .At the same time,we achieved good teaching results and a fairly high social benefit.更多还原
