岩石与混凝土三维界面裂缝断裂准则的试验研究
Experimental study on fracture criterion of 3-D crack at rock-concrete interface
【摘要】 把双材料三维界面裂缝的断裂形式区分为三种类型 :Ⅰ型为张开型 ;Ⅱ型为滑开型 ;Ⅲ型为撕开型。定义KⅠ 、KⅡ 、KⅢ 为应力强度因子 ,反映这几种断裂型式裂缝尖端应力场的强弱。由于工程实际中多为复合型断裂 ,因此 ,在综合考虑试件的断裂类型及KⅠ 、KⅡ 、KⅢ 之间的相对比例关系等诸多因素的基础上 ,制定出 2 3种不同KⅠ 、KⅡ 、KⅢ 组合的试验方案。试验中采用了两类岩石 混凝土界面裂缝试件形式 :一类为单边裂缝方形试件 ;一类为环形裂缝试件 ,为便于加载后者外形仍为方形。通过对这些试件的试验研究 ,得到了不同断裂类型断裂时的应力强度因子KⅠ 、KⅡ 、KⅢ 值。用数理统计的多元回归法得到了岩石与混凝土三维界面裂缝的断裂准则 ,该准则可用于坝体与基岩界面的断裂分析
【Abstract】 The fractures of 3-D cracking at rock-concrete interface are classified into 3 modes, namely opening-mode(Ⅰ), Sliding-mode(Ⅱ) and tearing-model(Ⅲ). K Ⅰ, K Ⅱ and K Ⅲ are defined as the stress intensity factors for corresponding mode of fracture,which reflect the stress intensity stress at the tip of cracks.Since most of the crack occurred to engineering are the combination of these three types,23 sets of specimen with different combination of K Ⅰ, K Ⅱ and K Ⅲ are designed for experiment.The specimens are square in cross section and made of rock-concrete including two kinds of prefabricated cracking.Based on the experimental data of intensity factors, a fracture criterion is obtained by means of regression.
