脑血红素加氧酶系统的作用研究
The Research into Functions of Heme Oxygenase System in Brain
【摘要】 血红素加氧酶 (HO)是降解血红素的微粒体酶系统 ,催化降解血红素生成一氧化碳 (CO)、胆绿素和铁离子。同工酶HO 1和HO 2广泛分布于脑中 ,具有不同的调控机制 ,可能发挥着调节NO水平、抗氧化应激、参与神经元退行性变等重要作用
【Abstract】 Heme oxygenase(HO) is a microsomal enzyme involved in the degradation of heme, resulting in the generation of biliverdin, iron, and carbon monoxide. Two HO isoenzymes, HO 1 and HO 2, have been found to distribute widely in brain with different mechanism of regulation. Both of them may play important roles in modulating intracellular NO, balancing antioxidative/oxidative stress, and accelerating neurodegeneration.
