淀粉/聚己内酯热塑性完全生物降解塑料膜的研制

【摘要】 通过交联和偶联剂处理双改性得到疏水性淀粉 ,再经多元醇进行塑化处理后与聚己内酯混合 ,制得完全生物降解塑料膜。对塑化改性淀粉的结晶度、玻璃化温度以及降解膜的性能进行了测试。研究表明 :乙二醇与丙三醇的体积比为 1∶1 5时可以降低双改性淀粉的结晶度 ,并使其玻璃化温度降至 94℃ ,膜的材料性能指标良好 ,12 0d内土埋生物降解失重率达 70 %以上。

【Abstract】 Hydrophobic starch was prepared by means of crosslinking and coupling agent treatment,the prepared starch was then plasticized by polyol firstly and then blended with Poly(ε caprolactone),resulting in a full biodegradable plastics The crystallinity and T g of the starch,as well as the property of the degradable film were determined The results showed the crystallinity of the modified starch could be reduced by using glycol/giycerol(1∶1 5,by volume)plasticizer,and the T g of the starch fell to 94 ℃ The film had excellent property,and its biodegradable rate came up to 70% in the soil for 120 days
