纳米CaCO3增韧聚丙烯的研究
Study on Nano-CaCO3 Toughened Polypropylen
【摘要】 采用熔融共混以及先混炼再熔融共混的方法制备了PP/纳米CaO3 及PP共聚物 (PPR) /SBS/纳米CaCO3 复合材料。通过SEM、TEM及力学性能测试研究了复合材料的力学性能及CaCO3 粒子的分散状况。结果表明 ,当CaCO3 粒子的质量分数分别为 4%和 8%时 ,两种共混体系的冲击强度达到最大值 ,分别为 5 18kJ/m2 和 5 9 14kJ/m2 ;CaCO3 粒子在体系中能够达到纳米级分散。复合材料的冲击断面观察证明材料的增韧是由于基体发生屈服所致
【Abstract】 sPP/CaCO 3 and PPR/SBS/CaCO 3 nano composite were prepared by melt blending.The composites mechanical properties and the dispersion of CaCO 3 were investigated by means of SEM?TEM and mechanical properties test.The results showed that the toughness of the composites reached up to their maximum:5 18 kJ/m 2 and 59 14 kJ/m 2 when the content of nano CaCO 3 was 4% and 8% separately.TEM showed that CaCO 3 was uniformly dispersed in the composites at a nanometer scale.Analysis of fractured surface proved that the toughening of the composites was due to the stress yielding of the matrix.
