阻燃增塑剂IPP的合成
Synthesis of Flame Retarding Plasticizer IPP
【摘要】 以三氯氧磷、苯酚及丙烯为原料合成出阻燃增塑剂IPP ,对反应条件进行了研究 ,筛选了新的烷基化催化剂 ,并将物理法和化学法结合起来 ,以除去酯化反应催化剂AlCl3 ,收率达到 83 6%。最佳反应条件为 :烷基化反应以对羟基苯磺酸为催化剂 ,用量 1 5 % (以苯酚计 ) ,反应温度 110℃、丙烯通气速度 80mL/min ,通气时间 2 5h ,酯化反应催化剂AlCl3 用量 6 8% (以POCl3 计 ) ,反应温度 12 0℃、反应时间 13h。红外和元素分析表明产物结构正确
【Abstract】 s The flame retarding plasticizer IPP was synthesized from POCl 3,phenol and propene etc The alkylation catalyst phenol sulfonic acid was selected,and the optimum alkylation reaction conditions were: W (phenol sulfonic acid)/ W (phenol)=1 5%,the reaction temperature was about 110 ℃,propene vent speed was 80 mL/min for 2 5 hours The esterification reaction conditions were: W (AlCl 3)/ W (POCl 3)=6 8%,the reaction temperature was about 120 ℃,and the reaction was terminated after 13 hours Finally the esterification catalyst AlCl 3 was removed with a physical and chemical combined process The local synthetic yield was about 83 6% The structure of the production was confirmed by FT IR,and element analyses
