聚丙烯连续固相接枝马来酸酐
Continuous Solid Phase Grafting of Maleic Anhydride onto Polypropylene
【摘要】 将螺带搅拌反应器用于聚丙烯连续固相接枝马来酸酐 ,考察了搅拌速度、停留时间、反应温度、颗粒粒度和引发剂与催化剂浓度等对接枝率的影响。较适宜的工艺条件为 :采用过 40目的PP原粉 ,BPO质量分数 10 % ,催化剂质量分数5 % ,反应温度 12 0℃ ,搅拌速度 12 0r/min ,停留时间 60min。
【Abstract】 s A helical ribbon stirring reactor was used to continuously graft maleic anhydride onto polypropylene in solid phase. The effect of agitation speeds, residence time, reaction temperature, particle diameters and concentrations of initiator and catalyst on graft efficiency was investigated. The results showed that 40 mesh PP powder, BPO 10%, catalyst 5%, temperature 120 ℃, agitation speed 120 r/min and residence time 60min was an optimum processing condition.
