【摘要】 采用DSC、TGA等测试 ,研究了 6种PVA改性体系中改性剂对PVA热性能的影响。初步表征了各体系的成膜性能。实验结果表明 ,改性剂与PVA分子间发生了强烈的相互作用 ,从而降低了PVA的熔点 ,提高了其热分解温度 ,在不同程度上改善了PVA的熔融性。通过热压成型可以将改性PVA制成透明性很好的薄膜更多还原

【Abstract】 s Changes of thermal properties,crystallinity of PVA with different modifiers were studied by means of DSC,TGA measurement etc.The results showed that with incorporation of the modifiers into PVA,the thermal behavior of PVA was improved,melting point of PVA depressd and its thermal decomposing temperature increased;the melting property of PVA improved.The modified PVA could be made into transparent films by thermal pressing method.The encouraging results obtained in this study provided theoretical and experimental basis for thermal blowing process of PVA film.更多还原
