水布垭水电站高垂直大电流封闭母线技术分析

【摘要】 水布垭水电站由于地质条件和布置空间等因素 ,大电流封闭母线采用了超长、高垂直的布置方案 ,垂直段长达 118m ,在国内是首次应用。通过实验得出垂直母线在竖井中的温度变化近似“仿锤形” ,温度最高点出现在母线中部一段的结论。为了克服热胀冷缩 ,垂直母线采用分段软连接方式 ;通过选取支撑绝缘子适当的布置跨距可防止母线的共振 ;在母线外壳内充微正压的干燥空气可防止外界潮湿空气进入母线内 ,可解决母线凝露问题 ,保证了母线的绝缘水平。这些技术措施对类似水电站的母线布置都有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 Due to its geological conditions and layout space, the heavy current enclosed busbar for the Shuibuya Hydropower Station adopts the alternative of super long, high vertical layout, with the vertical section of 118 m long, which is firstly used at home The tests showed that the temperature change of vertical enclosed busbar in the shaft is similar to a num shape and the maximum temperature point happens in the middle of enclosed busbar In order to overcome the expansion with heat and contract with cold, the vertical enclosed busbar adopts the soft connection by section The proper layout span of supporting insulators was selected to protect the enclosed busbar from resonance A slightey pressurized dry air was filled into the outside case of enclosed busbar to avoid humid air entering bus-wire and to solve the dew problem of enclosed busbar, which ensures the insulation level of enclosed busbar All these measures can provide certain reference for the enclosed busbar layout of similar hydropower stations
