【Abstract】 There are very rich hydropower resources in the upstream of the Yellow River, with good natural and construction conditions, and low inundation loss and project investment, so its development prospect is good. In recent years, the construction of the Gongboxia Hydropower Station should be quickened and the antecedent work of the Laxiwa and Jishixia hydropower stations should be stressed. We should actively conduct the development of medium scale hydropower stations. In order to enhancing the management level of project construction, the management method of "five systems" should be insisted on and the management program should be standardized.
