【Abstract】 Extensive research has been conducted and a series of compulsory regulations have been worked out on the protection of pre-stressed rock bars (cables) in the international academic and engineering circles. In the Chinese specifications, the requirement for durability of anchor bars (cables) is relatively low and has a poor operability; the structural safety focuses on the various strength requirements; and fewer considerations are given to the durability associated with environmental factors (erosion from water and harmful chemical matters around bars or cables). With development of capital construction in China, the durability of pre-stressed rock bars or cables as an important part of civil structures would be given high attention by departments or institutes concerned of scientific research, design and construction.更多还原
