基于传递矩阵法的大型水轮发电机组主轴系统非线性瞬态响应数学模型
Nonlinear Transient Response Mathematical Model Based on Transfer Matrix for Main Shaft Systems of Large Water Turbine Generator Sets
【摘要】 水轮发电机组动态特性研究的关键在于正确建模、重要零部件边界条件的确定及稳定、高精度的求解方法.本文分析了重要相关零部件的边界条件,建立了具有局部非线性多自由度的轴系模型,考虑了陀螺效应、剪切力、不平衡磁拉力、水的附加质量等因素,应用稳定性良好的Riccati传递矩阵法和Wilson-θ数值积分法,推导出了大型水轮发电机组主轴系统瞬态响应公式.
【Abstract】 The stable,high precise solutions are the key to research the dynamic characteristics of water turbine generator sets.The boundary conditions of important parts are analyzed,and a shaft system model with multi-degres of freedom and local non-linearity is developed in the paper.The gyroscopic effect,shear,non-equilibrium electrical forces and inertia of the water in the runner etc.are considered in the calculating model.The transient response of the main shaft systems of large water turbine generator sets is calculated by adopting jointly the high stable Riccati transfer matrix and Wilson-θmethod.
