【Abstract】 This paper discusses the methods of channel bonding and performance optimization as well as their influence on the structure and the performance of PC clusters. We design several test algorithms of system performance based on BSPlib. The effect of these methods and algorithms is evaluated on three kinds of PC cluster developed in our institute.
