【摘要】 对中药材石韦的市场调查、样品收集、基原植物鉴定、有柄石韦化学成分、石韦样品中指标成分[(±)圣草酚7-0-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸甙和绿原酸]含量测定、薄层色谱指纹图谱、高效液相色谱指纹图谱、重金属和农药残留测定等最新研究结果进行了总结。实验表明,2000年版《中华人民共和国药典》收载的3个品种的石韦,在诸多方面存在显著差异。因此,只有分别制定3种石韦的质量标准,才有可能对石韦药材及相关产品的质量进行有效地控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Research results achieved in the studies of the Chinese medicine″Shiwei″in recent years are summarily stated in this article,including the investigation and sample collection of the medicine in Chinese market,botanical identificatio n of its samples,the isolation and structural elucidation of chemical constitue nts from the main source plant of Shiwei Pyrrosia.petiolosa(Christ)Ching,th e quantitative determination of the indicative compounds (±)eriodictyol7-O-b-D-pyrannoglucuronide and chlorogenic acid,the heavy metals and the trace agricultural chemicals in the samples,as well as their TLC and HPLC fingerprint s.As indicated in experiments,obvious differences in many aspects have been o bserved from the samples of the three″Shiwei″species recorded in the2000ed ition of the Chinese Pharmacopiea.In order to control the quality of this medic ine and related products effectively,respective standards for the three species should be made accordingly.更多还原
