工艺参数对加弧辉光离子Ni-Cr共渗层的影响
Effect of Process on Alloying Layer of GlowDischarge Ion Surface Alloying With an Arc Source
【摘要】 采用加弧辉光离子渗金属技术,对碳钢进行Ni-Cr共渗,用光学显微镜及扫描电镜对共渗层的组织形貌进行观察,并用能谱仪对共渗层厚度及合金元素(Ni、Cr)分布进行了测定,着重研究了共渗过程中各工艺参数对Ni-Cr共渗层的影响。
【Abstract】 NickelChromizing was conducted for carbon steel samples(mass fraction:0.1%,0.45%,0.8%)using the technique of glowdischarge ion surface alloying with an arc source.The microstructure,thickness and distribution of alloying elements(Cr,Ni) of the alloying layer were studied.In this paper the effect of process on alloying layer were mainly introduced.
