铸态贝氏体钢耙片组织与性能的研究
The Study about the Formation and Characteristic ofAsCast B Steel Harrow Disk
【摘要】 通过对所研制的铸态贝氏体钢CCT曲线的测定,采用液态挤压铸造法成形耙片,使耙片的不同部位获得与其工作条件相适应的不同形态的贝氏体组织和性能。试验表明,铸态贝氏体钢具有较高的硬度、韧性和较好的耐磨性。为耙片生产提供了新的材料。
【Abstract】 A kind of new harrow disk made up of ascast bainite steel was studied and produced by way of alloying and controlling the cooling speed. In order to authentically manifest the forming of the ascast bainite formation, this paper simulates the castingphase condition with the CCT diagram. Through controlling the cooling speed , the tobe different bainite formation and characteristic are obtained in the castingphase. The experiment indicates that the ascast Bainite steel has many characteristics such as greater hardness, tenacity and better wear resistance. It supplies the new material for the manufacture of harrow disk.
