循环热处理对工业纯铁塑性的作用
Effect of Cycle Heat Treatment on Plasticity of Industrial Pure Iron
【摘要】 对工业纯铁以不同的工艺进行循环热处理 ,发现以 940℃两次循环热处理得到的晶粒尺寸最小而且比较均匀 ,同时得到的特征塑性 (m)也最大。其它处理工艺得到的试样性能不稳定的原因是产生了混晶
【Abstract】 It is discovered that very small and well distributed grain is obtained after cycle heat treating with 2 at 940℃time for industrial pure iron,and characteristic plasticity also is greatest.Reason of unstable property of the sample obtained by other technology is mixgrain.
