渗氮及氮碳共渗中的相行为和间歇供氨法
The Phase Behaviors in Nitriding and Nitro-carbonizing and the Irregularly Suppling Ammonia Method
【摘要】 研究了渗层内ε、γ′和α[N]在渗入过程中的相行为 ,得出 :ε是单向 (向内 )长大 ,γ′是双向溶解 ,α是双向长大 ;表明ε相起储氮、γ′起传递氮的作用。在最差的条件下 ,各相内的扩散通量为 :|JεN| |Jγ′ N|≥ |JαN|,化合物ε、γ′不会影响α[N]的扩展。并提出可优化渗层相组成的间歇供氨法
【Abstract】 The phase behaviors of ε,γ′and α in permeating was studied.It is conciuded that ε grows to single direction (to within);γ′ dissolves in two directions and α grows in two directions; and these indicate ε plays a storing nitrogen role and γ′ plays a transferring nitrogen role.In the worst condition the through quantity of diffusion of each phase is|J ε N ||J γ′ N |≥|J α N |,and chemical compounds ε and γ′ do not affect the spread of α .The method of irregularly supplying ammonia,which optimizes the phase form in permeant layer,was puted forward.
