【摘要】 目的观察硼镁石粉室内灭螺效果和现场应用效果。方法室内试验和现场试验 ,参照徐国余方法 [1 ] ,现场试验面积每块 1 5 m2 。现场应用 ,冬春季用手撒硼镁石粉 80 g/ m2 ;重点环境灭螺 ,1 60 g/ m2 ～ 2 5 0 g/ m2 。结果室内试验 ,40 g/ m2 ,2 5℃ ,7d后钉螺死亡率 95 .0 %。现场试验 ,80 g/ m2 ,3 0 d,钉螺死亡率 90 .9%。现场应用 :江浦县江滩 2 0 0 0 0 0 m2 ,80 g/ m2 ,灭后 3 0 d,钉螺死亡率 90 .6%。7个区县重点环境灭螺 :江浦县内陆 5 2 5 0 0 m2 ,4个区的江滩 2 0 0 5 1 7m2 和雨花区石驳岸 3 3 3 5 0 m2 ,经一次 (个别环境 2次 )灭螺 ,灭后未查到活螺。江宁区山区1 90 0 0 0 m2 ,灭后 1年钉螺死亡率 95 .4% ,其中 3块 1 60 0 0 m2查不到活螺 ,撒粉后可见植物发黄。结论硼镁石粉灭螺有效剂量 :(1 ) 80 g/ m2 ,4～ 1 1月份撒粉。 (2 )灭光钉螺 2 0 0 g/ m2以上 ,冬春季撒粉。剂量大对植物有毒害更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research snail control effect with magnesium borate ore powder in laboratory, field trials and field application. Methods In field application, spraying with 80g/m 2 in common snail habitats during winter and spring seasons or 160~250g/m 2 in higher risk areas were conducted. Results In laboratory, the snail death rate reached 95.0% (40g/m 2, 25℃, 7days), and 75.6% (40g/m 2, 5℃, 7days). In field trials, the snail death rate reached 90.9% (80g/m 2, 30 days). In field application, the snail death rate reached 90.6% (in 200 000 m 2 common snail habitats, 80g/m 2, 30 days), while in higher risk areas, no snail could be found in inland (52 500 m 2 ), river beach areas (200 517 m 2 ), or stone wall built along the water edge(33 350 m 2 ) after once or twice snail control activities. In mountainous areas (190 000 m 2 ), the snail death rate was 95.4% one year later, while in 16 000m 2 of which no snail could be found. It was little toxicity to fish and clam but toxic to plants under certain dosage. Conclusion Magnesium borate ore powder revealed good effect on killing snails. The recommended spraying dose is 80 g/m 2 during April~November, and for eradicating the snail, over 200g/m 2 should be applied in winter or spring. In addition, it should be noted that the ore powder is toxic to plants.更多还原
