【Abstract】 The recycling machine of drip irrigation with capillary pipe is the key machinery equipment of generalizing and applying the technique of drip irrigation.The author designed the 8SG 4 recycling machine of drip irrigation with capillary pipe on farm,combined with the character of Xinjiang cotton cultivation.This paper introduces the machine’s design thought and technical difficulties,structure,determination of key parameter,working principle,as well as methods of using and adjusting.The key innoration of the machine is the solution of the synchronization problem of rolling pipe and tractor’s advancing speed and the simple arranging pipe device for the capillary pipe’s compact order arranging in roller.Key technical parameters,working width:3.6 m; mating power>40 kW; working speed:3.5～4 km/h.更多还原
