【摘要】 目的与方法　运用头穴透刺法治疗中风偏瘫 ,采用经颅多普勒超声 ( TCD)对 5 4例急性脑梗塞患者进行了针刺效应关系的临床研究。结果与结论　针刺双侧头穴 TCD改善均优于针刺病侧头穴 ,针刺双侧头穴可能促进大脑两侧血液的代偿 ,从而调整大脑左右两侧血流 ,改善脑供血。针刺范围的不同 ,对侧支循环影响的形式、程度是不同的。针刺双侧头穴的针刺效应更广泛 ,更有效更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose and Method Scalp point through point acupuncture was used to treat apoplectic hemiplegia. Transcranial Doppler ultrasonography was performed for a clinical experiment research into the relationship between acupuncture and its effect in 54 cases of acute cerebral infarction. Results and Conclusion A change in TCD was better in acupuncture of bilateral scalp points than in acupuncture of affected side’s points. Acupuncture of bilateral scalp points may promote compensation for bilateral cerebral blood so as to regulate bilateral cerebral blood flow and improve cerebral blood supply. Different ranges of acupuncture produce different forms and degrees of influence on collateral circulation. The effect of acupuncture of bilateral scalp points is wider and better.更多还原
