甲胎蛋白定量金免疫层析系统的临床评价

【摘要】 目的　观察一种甲胎蛋白 (AFP)定量金免疫层析 (GICA)系统的临床适用性。方法　用AFPGICA系统与电化学发光免疫测定系统对血清标本进行AFP对比测定。结果　 2种方法测定结果相关性良好。结论AFP定量GICA系统有临床应用价值

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical applicability of a quantitative gold immunochromatographic assay(GICA) system for the determination of α fetoprotein. Methods Comparative determination of AFP of serum samples with the GICA analysis system and electrochemi luminescence immunoassay system. Results The results of the two methods showed good correlation. Conclusion The AFP quantitative GICA system is appropriate for clinical use.
