【摘要】 目的　探讨中药抗炎一号注射液治疗急性湿疹的抗炎作用机制。方法　 2 4只SD大鼠采用被动皮肤过敏反应 (PCA)方法造模 ,随机分成 3组 ,即中药治疗组 (抗炎一号组 )、中药对照组 (双黄连组 )和模型组 ,每组 8只 ,另取 6只未造模大鼠作为正常组。治疗时间为 1周 ,用药途径为腹腔注射。治疗后观察各组局部致敏部位的伊文思蓝斑情况和血中血栓烷B2 (TXB2 )及 6酮前列素F1α(6 keto PGF1α)的水平。结果　伊文思蓝斑法检测显示 :模型大鼠的蓝斑直径最大 ,正常大鼠无蓝斑 ,两治疗组中以中药抗炎一号组的蓝斑直径最小。模型大鼠血中TXB2 和 6 keto PGF1α水平显著高于正常大鼠 ,中药抗炎一号可降低血TXB2和 6 keto PGF1α水平。结论　中药抗炎一号有较好的抗炎和调节炎症介质的作用 ,是其治疗急性湿疹的疗效机制之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the antiphlogistic mechanism of herb Injection Antiphlogist No. 1 treating acute eczema. Methods The 24 SD rats produced by passive cutaneous allergic reaction (PCA) were evenly divided into three groups at random,which were Antiphlogist No. 1 therapeutic group,herb Shuang Huang Lian contrasting group and model contrasting group. The model group was six rats that were not produced by PCA. After seven days’ treatment by intraabdominal injection, Evan’s blue spots in the local area and the serum levels of TXB 2 and 6 keto PGF 1α were observed.Results The diameters of Evan’s blue spots in the model group were the biggest and those in Antiphlogist No.1 group were smaller than those in Shuang Huang Lian group. The serum levels of TXB2 and 6 keto PGF1α of model group were significantly higher than those of the normal group. Antiphlogist No.1 could lower the serum levels of TXB 2 and 6 keto PGF 1α .Conclusion Injection of Antiphlogist No 1 has better therapeutic effect on inhibiting the inflammation and modulating the inflammatory mediators,which may be one of the mechanisms of its therapeutic effect.更多还原
