紫外光固化环氧豆油丙烯酸酯涂料固化膜性能的研究
Study on the properties of UV curing epoxidized soybean oil acrylate coatings cured film
【摘要】 本文简述了环氧豆油丙烯酸酯齐聚物的优点和缺点,介绍了改善紫外光固化环氧豆油丙烯酸酯涂料固化膜性能的方法。实验结果表明:在紫外光固化环氧豆油丙烯酸酯涂料中添加一定量的双酚A型EA或TMPTA均能提高其固化膜的硬度和耐磨性,改善固化膜的表面状态。
【Abstract】 The advantages and disadvantages of epoxidized soybean oil acrylate oligomer have been briefly introduced and the way of improving the properties of UV curing epoxidized soybean oil acrylate coatings . It has shown in the experiments that addition of bisphenol A type epoxy acrylate or TMPTA can improve the hardness,abrasion resistance and tackiness of its cured film.
