低熔点共聚酰胺/热塑性淀粉共混材料的制备及性能研究
Preparation and Properties of Low Melt-Point Copolyamide/Thermoplastic Starch Blends
【摘要】 本文将热塑性淀粉与低熔点共聚酰胺以不同的比例共混挤出,得到增强的热塑性淀粉材料。测试了样品的流变性能、模拟实际应用(85℃热水中浸泡一定时间后测试机械性能的变化)的耐水性能,并通过动态热机械分析(DMA)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征了共混物各组分的相容性。结果表明,共混物各组分间有较好的相容性,共聚酰胺对热塑性淀粉材料具明显的增强作用。经热水浸泡后,共混物的保留强度与单纯热塑性淀粉相比均有不同程度的提高,尤其共聚酰胺含量大于30%时,耐水性显著增强。通过流变性能分析,共聚酰胺的加入使流动活化能下降,增加了共混物的流动性。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the reinforced thermoplastic starch(TPS)materials were obtained by extruding the mixture of TPS and copolyamide with a single scerw extruder. Different properties were examined including water resistance (changes of mechanical property after socked in water of 85℃),rheological property and miscibility (dynamic thermo-mechanical analyzer and scanning electron microscopy). The result shows that the polymer system has a better degree of miscibility,and the copolyamide can reinforce the TPS material. After socked in hot water,the remained tensile strengths of the blends are all higher than TPS, especially when the concentration of copolyamide exceeds 30%.By the Theological analysis, copolyamide can decrease the flow activation energies and improve the flow behavior of the blends.
