神经生长因子对糖尿病大鼠细胞免疫功能和NO产生的影响

【摘要】 在神经生长因子 (NGF )对糖尿病的治疗中 ,NGF除可改善糖尿病患者周围神经病变外 ,可能对糖尿病大鼠细胞免疫功能和NO水平有一定的影响。本文利用链脲佐菌素诱导SD大鼠糖尿病模型 ,成模 2月后 ,用NGF肌注治疗 1月 ,观察各组脾细胞增殖能力、脾细胞培养上清IL 2水平和血清糖化血红蛋白及NO的变化。结果表明 ,糖尿病鼠的脾细胞增殖和分泌IL 2能力下降 ,经NGF治疗后可使其上调。而NGF的治疗对糖尿病鼠的高血糖和高NO水平无效应。说明NGF能改善糖尿病大鼠的细胞免疫状态 ,此种改善可能有助于其神经功能的修复。但NGF不能影响NO的水平 ,因而对糖尿病其他症状的改善可能有限

【Abstract】 In addition to its neurotrophic actions on diabetic neuropathy,the nerve growth factor (NGF) probably exerts specific effects on the cellular immune responses and serum nitric oxide (NO) level in streptozotocin (STZ) induced diabetic rats This report showed that after NGF administration on STZ induced diabetic rats for one month,the proliferation of the ConA induced spleen lymphocytes and the production of IL 2,which had been decreased in the diabetic rats,were significantly recovered,but NGF had no effect on GSP and NO level These results suggest that NGF augments cellular immunity in the STZ induced diabetic rats,and thus might be helpful in nerve recovery But owing to fact that it has no any effect on the production of NO,its action to improve the other syndromes in the diabetic rats may be limited
