【摘要】 随着经济全球化趋势的深入发展以及我国加入WTO,高等教育将面临新的机遇和挑战,面对高等教育国际化对高校师资队伍的新要求,本文分析了当前高校师资队伍中存在的一些问题,提出了在师资队伍建设中应注重创新教育观念、职业道德建设的培养,强化学术骨干和学术带头人的作用,形成合理的人才柔性流动机制,以期形成一支面向高等教育国际化的素质优良、结构合理、流动有序的可持续发展的一流师资队伍。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the deep development of the economic globalization and the entrance to WTO of China, the higher education will face new chances and challenges. In order to adapt the new demands of the globalization in higher education on the academic staff, this article analyzes some problems existing between the higher education staff, and tables several proposals on the highlighting of the educational concept innovation, the cultivation of the professional qualification, the emphasizing of the statuses of academic forerunners and the forming of a rational flexible personnel system.
