包衣对辣椒种子发芽与苗素质的影响(简报)
EFFECTS OF SEED COATING ON GERMINATION AND SEEDLING QUALITY OF PEPPER SEEDS
【摘要】 使用种衣剂包衣的辣椒种子,测试其发芽状况,结果表明:包衣种子的发芽率、成苗数与对照比较并未降低。由于种衣剂中生物活性物质的存在使得辣椒幼苗生长加快,酶活力、叶绿素、可溶性蛋白及过氧化物酶含量均有一定程度的提高。
【Abstract】 The germination and seedling characters of coated pepper seeds were studied. The results showed that the germination percentage, the number of growth seedlings of the coated seeds did not decreased compared with the control. However, the bioactive matter in the coated seeds made the seedling growth accelerate . And enzyme activity, the contents of chlorophyll, soluble protein and peroxidase also increased to a certain extent.
