【Abstract】 The tissue culture of anthers from six cultivars of lily was carried out. Calli were induced from anthers of five genotypes placed on modified MS media supplemented with different concentrations of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) and Kinetin (KT) according to homogeneous design. The media suitable to various anthers were all different, which revealed considerable genotypic variation. They also showed that using homogeneous design could reduce a great deal of experimental work.更多还原
