快速原型加工过程的计算机仿真
Computer Simulation of Rapid Prototyping Process
【摘要】 通过研究快速原型 (RP)加工中的实时切片模块、轮廓线偏置模块和扫描路径优化模块 ,开发了 RP加工过程的计算机仿真系统 ,再现了 RP加工的实际情况 .其中实时切片模块可以处理切层和三角面片相交的各种情况 ,是对现有切片算法的重要改进 .各模块只需略加改动即可用于实际的 RP加工
【Abstract】 For rapid prototyping manufacturing (RPM), there are three main modules——real-time slicing module, contour line offsetting module and scanning route optimizing module. Following the rule of fitting with the true fact, this paper developed a computer simulation system by integrating the above three modules together. The real-time slicing algorithm developed in this paper has an advantage over existing ones, that is, our algorithm can treat slicing layer intersecting with a triangle in any position. The modules developed in this paper can be applied to actual RPM by only a little modification.
