掺铒光纤放大器黑盒模型理论与实验
Theory and Experiment of Black-Box Model for Erbium Doped Fiber Amplifiers
【摘要】 基于掺铒光纤放大器 (EDFA)两能级放大模型基础上推广了黑盒模型的应用范围 ,针对光放大器不同工作模式 ,给出了利用该模型计算多路波分复用 (WDM)输入光信号增益的方法 ,模拟计算了有 6路 WDM光信号输入时 ,经 EDFA放大后的光谱图 ,并与实验结果进行了比较 .结果表明两者十分吻合
【Abstract】 The black box model for an erbium doped amplifer was derived from the two level amplified model. Different methods to compute the input signal gain were given according to the relative working modes of EDFA’s. When there are six WDM optical input signals, using the black box model it simulated the amplified optical spectrum and compared them with experiment results. They agree with each other very well.
