【摘要】 目的 :观察和络舒肝胶囊对急慢性肝炎致肝损伤的防治作用。方法 :采用小鼠 ip0 .1% CCl4 菜籽油溶液及 5 0 m g/kg TAA造成急性肝损伤模型 ;大鼠背部 SC4 0 % CCl4 植物油溶液 5 .0 m l/ kg,连续 6周造成慢性实验性肝损伤、肝硬化病理模型。观察和络舒肝胶囊对模型 AL T升高、肝脏病理改变及其胶原蛋白含量的影响。结果 :和络舒肝胶囊对急性肝损伤 AL T升高有抑制作用 ,并且能降低慢性实验性肝损伤、肝硬化模型中肝脏的胶原蛋白含量。结论 :该药对实验性急慢性肝损伤有较好的防治作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of Heluoshugan Capsule(HC) on liver injury caused by hepatitis.Methods:The mouse models of acute liver injury were made by 0.1% CCl 4 and solution of vegetable seeds oil and TAA 50mg/kg ip.The models of chronic liver injury and hepatocirrhosis were made by 40% CCl 4 and solution of plant oil 5.0ml/kg subcutaneously in the back of rats for 6 weeks.The blood ALT?pathological changes of the liver and collagen were observed.Results:Heluohshugan Capsule could control the high ALT in acute liver injury.It could also reduce the liver collagen in chronic liver injury and hepatocirrhosis.Conclusion:Heluoshugan capsule had preventive and therapeutic effect on experimental acute or chronic liver injury.更多还原
