【摘要】 采用补阳还五汤加味并配合口服鲁南欣康片及肠溶阿斯匹林片治疗混合型心绞痛患者 76例 ,并设单用西药治疗5 0例作对照。结果 :心绞痛疗效 :治疗组显效 38例 ,有效 31例 ,无效 5例 ,加重 2例 ,总有效率为 90 .8% ;对照组显效 7例 ,有效 2 4例 ,无效 15例 ,加重 4例 ,总有效率为 6 2 .0 %。心电图疗效 :治疗组显效 19例 ,有效 31例 ,无效 2 1例 ,加重 5例 ,总有效率为 6 5 .8% ;对照组显效 4例 ,有效 15例 ,无效 2 0例 ,加重 11例 ,总有效率为 38.0 %。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组更多还原

【Abstract】 cases of mixed type angina were treated with Buyanghuanwu Decoction(补阳还五汤,BD)Lunanxinkang tablets and aspirin for three weeks,50 cases treated only with western medicine were set up as the control group.Results:In the treatment group,38 cases had significant effect,31 cases effective,5 cases had no effect and 2 cases became worsen.The total effective rate was 90.8%.The improvement rate of electrocardiogram was 65.8%.While in the control group,7 cases had significant effect,24 cases effective,15 cases had no effect and 4 cases became worsen,the total effective rate was 62.0%,and the improvement rate of electrocardiogram was 38.0%.The effect of the treatment group was superior to the control group significantly.更多还原
