【Abstract】 Together with the functional clasification and (cost and) benefit analysis upon the investment of installation project of the coastal port infrastructure, and through the study and consideration on the existing investing and financing system of the port construction, this thesis proposes the port assets managerial mode of the social investing project unit property right system.
